     RULE (tied to screens/manifest.md · PL.7): this file lists ONLY ready-for-build screens. A screen's
<url> is added the moment its Status flips to ready-for-build, and never before — we do not advertise
pages that will 404. Canonical URLs match these <loc> paths exactly (spec §10 canonical rule).
Regenerated from the manifest on each release (DR.3).

     READY-FOR-BUILD: 15 of 15 — /case-studies/prepaid-voucher-epos flipped at D300 (2026-08-17) and is
added here at lastmod 2026-08-17, its publish date, at case priority 0.7. It sits SECOND among the
case <loc>s, matching screens/case-studies/spec.md §14.1 (most recent activity: Someone Like Me,
ETL open since 2014, the SDK, the S+) — the same order the index renders and the same order the Home
hero showcase now rotates, so all three surfaces agree rather than each being internally consistent.
It ships in ONE deploy with: the /case-studies index (fourth card, D294), Home (the §03 figure and
the fifth showcase slide, D298, plus the six since-2014 strings, D293), and llms.txt (the new case
entry and the amended enumeration, D291). Shipping any of those before the page would put a live
link or a served entry on a 404 — the coupling is enumerated in releases/dev-feedback.md.
TWO lastmods bump with it. /case-studies goes to 2026-08-17: it gained a fourth card, which is a
content change under D132. Home goes to 2026-08-17 and this bump was DOUBLY owed — the six
since-2014 strings at D293 and this round's §03 figure and fifth slide at D298. Home was HELD at
2026-08-08 through D291 because the read-the-build link alone is a nav-link target, which D132 rules
non-bumping; content changed after that and the hold ended.
Before that — /safeguarding flipped at D270 (2026-08-14) and is added here at
lastmod 2026-08-14, its publish date. It ships in ONE deploy with Home and the Someone Like Me case
page (D266's coupled deploy): both were edited into this route while it was draft, so shipping either
first would put a dead link on a live page. The case page's lastmod is bumped to 2026-08-14 — it
gained a new liftable sentence, which is a content change under D132; Home is HELD at 2026-08-08,
because a link added inside an unchanged FAQ answer is a nav-link target and D132 rules that class
non-bumping. Before that — the case-studies index and its three case pages flipped together at
D254 (2026-08-13, the coupled flip, PL.12): the ResMed S+ page, the SleepScore SDK page and the
Someone Like Me page. They ship in ONE push with llms.txt and the all-eleven rebuild, so no line
here and no line there ever points at a 404. The three case <loc>s carry the signed slugs
verbatim. Before that — the Defect Taxonomy article (D33), the Medical device software
development page (D66), the Rescue page (D77), the Readiness page (D79), the Sample report (D79),
     Home (D87, 2026-07-11), and the three Writing screens (D131, 2026-07-28: the /writing reading-room
index, the science-to-product essay and the cost article, flipped together as the three-way
coupling required). The whole site is ready-for-build.
Contact is a section of Home (/#contact), not a standalone page. -->
